With 24/7 access available to our members, SPRAYD has been thoughtfully designed with sustainability, safety, and convenience as our priority. We care about the environment and are proud to say, we only offer natural and organically derived products at SPRAYD.
Where is SPRAYD located?
Mount Gravatt - 1454 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt. There is shop front parking available, as well as additional parking via Bothwell St.

Is SPRAYD safe?
The studio is safe and secure with 24-hour camera’s placed in common areas. Our studio's are only accesssible by those who have a verified SPRAYD account, we have a tailgating system to notify our team when more than one person accesses at a time.
Can I bring a friend with me??
Unfortunately, friends or family are prohibited from entering the studio without an account. For the safety of yourself and others, we ask that you do not bring anyone to your appointments unless it’s during staff hours.

Tanning
Do I need to book in for my services?
Yes, you can book for all services via the SPRAYD app. Simply login and select "Make a Booking". There are no cancellation fees and you can change your booking anytime.

Is Spray Tanning and Light Therapy safe?
Absolutely. We offer the highest quality, advanced machines on the market. All machines and booths are regularly monitored, serviced, and cleaned.

What solution is in the machine?
Our custom solutions are made from natural and organically derived ingredients. We offer 4 types of tanning solutions to choose from, as well your desired depth. For your convenience, we can also customise you preferred tan and area. For example, if you only want your body tanned (no face), we can program to suit.
How do the tanning booths work?
Our automated tanning booths offer the highest quality and technology on the market. The booths detect your height, and the voice guide talks you through 4 easy to follow positions to achieve the perfect contactless spray tan in minutes! The booths have 3 heated drying jets, to dry your tan between each pass, ensuring your tan is 100% streak-free and non-sticky. After each tan, the booth will run an automated self-clean ready for the next customer.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
It’s best to bring loose clothing to wear after your tanning session. We supply everything else (including barrier cream, hair net & sticky feet) and offer a shower & exfoliation room if you wish to use prior.
Memberships
How do I cancel my membership?
You can do this by logging in to the member portal via our website. If you have any questions, please email our friendly team at hello@sprayd.com.au
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. All memberships have no lock-in contracts. You must give 14 days notice prior to cancelling your membership.
Do memberships have a time commitment?
No, memberships are month-to-month! Please note: we require 14 days notice to cancel or freeze a membership. Memberships cannot be frozen or cancelled in the same month of initiation.
Gift Cards
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase gift certificates, except where required by law. Additional value may be added to gift cards at any time. All gift cards expire 12 months from purchase.
