  • SPRAYD is Australia’s first contactless beauty studio offering flawless Spray Tanning and LED Light Therapy all day, every day. With 24/7 access available to our members, SPRAYD has been thoughtfully designed with sustainability, safety, and convenience as our priority. We care about the environment and are proud to say, we only offer natural and organically derived products at SPRAYD.

  • We currently have four locations, Mt. Gravatt, Mermaid Beach, Chermside West and Toowoomba.

    If you Google SPRAYD CHERMSIDE WEST for example. The address will pop up. It is also at the bottom of our web page.

  • Access any of our studios via our SPRAYD INTERNATIONAL app.

    Once you have purchased and booked your session, when you arrive at the main door of the studio, open you SPRAYD app, press Unlock door then enter.

  • Tanning - It’s best to bring loose dark clothing to wear after your tanning session. We supply all disposables & offer a shower room for you to rinse prior to your tan if you have arrived from work. Please bring your own towel so you are super dry before your session.

  • Yes, to gain access to the studio, you must have an account, pre-pay and book via the SPRAYD app.

  • The studio is safe and secure with 24-hour camera’s placed in common areas, we also have strict Terms and Conditions that only the account owner can enter the studio. If any other person enters with you, we will make contact with you. If you want to bring someone with you, you will need to let us know prior to attending.

  • Unfortunately, friends or family are prohibited from entering the studio without a membership. For the safety of yourself and others, we ask that you do not bring anyone to your appointments unless it’s during staff hours.

  • You will be able to message each studio directly via our SPRAYD app.

  • The most common hiccup here is that you have either arrived too early or too late for the session you have booked. You can check your booking time in your app as well as in the email you are sent when you book.

    The least likely is that you have booked AM instead of PM.

  • We have a quiz on this website as well as on the SPRAYD app in the Feed section to help you choose your right colour. We have four colours, all with Natural, Medium and Dark options. The longer you leave any tan, the deeper the result will be.

  • Unless you are signing up for a Weekly or Fortnightly Tan Membership, each other option are casual sessions. EG. CASUAL SINGLE SPRAY SESSION is one session. 3 PACK is a one off purchase for 3 SINGLE SPRAY SESSIONS.

  • The weekly membership is very much like a gym membership. You receive a heavily discounted weekly price so you can attend the studio weekly. It is one session per week for a minimum of three months. You are not able to skip a week and hold off that payment. Reach out to us via the message section of the app if you have any questions about the memberships.

Spray Tanning

  • Yes, you can book for all services via the SPRAYD app. Simply login and select "Make a Booking". There are no cancellation fees and you can change your booking anytime.

  • ✨ TAN PREPARATION

    🪒 Shaving & Waxing

    • Shave at least 24 hours before your appointment.
    • Wax at least 48 hours before your appointment.
    • This helps remove oily residue from the skin.
    • It also gives your skin time to calm and settle.

    ✨ Exfoliating

    • Exfoliate 12–24 hours before your appointment.
    • 24 hours before is preferred, with the night before also being ideal.
    • Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and creates a clean, smooth canvas for your tan.
    • It also allows your pores time to settle before tanning.

    🚫 What should I avoid before tanning?

    • Do not wear deodorant before your session.
    • Do not wear makeup before your session.
    • Do not apply moisturiser before your session.
    • Do not wear perfume before your session.
    • Avoid sports deodorants for 24 hours before tanning.
    • These products can create a barrier on the skin and affect your tan.

    👗 What should I wear?

    • Choose loose clothing after your tan.
    • Loose clothing allows good airflow around your skin and reduces pressure and rubbing while your tan develops.
    • Avoid tight clothing such as tights immediately after tanning.
    • Black clothing is often preferred when using a bronzed solution, as it helps minimise visible bronzer transfer.
    • Using a clear tanner? You can wear any colour.

  • Gently on the Tan Booth screen you just press: FAVOURITE SESSION, CODE of your choice from the menu, ACTIVATE SESSION.

  • Our custom solutions are made from natural and organically derived ingredients. We offer 4 types of tanning solutions to choose from, as well your desired depth. For your convenience, we can also customise you preferred tan and area. For example, if you only want your body tanned (no face), we can program to suit.

  • Our automated tanning booths offer the highest quality and technology on the market. The booths detect your height, and the voice guide talks you through 4 easy to follow positions to achieve the perfect contactless spray tan in minutes! The booth floor has numbers 1-4 on there to guide where you place your feet during the poses. The booths have 3 heated drying jets, to dry your tan between each pass, ensuring your tan is 100% streak-free and non-sticky. After each tan, the booth will run an automated self-clean ready for the next member.

  • Absolutely. We offer the highest quality, advanced machines on the market. All machines and booths are regularly monitored, serviced, and cleaned.

Memberships

  • Reach out to our teams via the Message section of the app. As long as you have met your minimum commitment length of three months, we will be able to action that for you with the two week notice period.

  • Yes. Once you have met your minimum lock in period which is three months. You must give 14 days notice prior to cancelling your membership.

  • Yes, we require a three month minimum. Please note: we require 14 days notice to cancel or hold a membership.
